2/27/16 – 15:15:08 The Leinsters have a new shirt that’s been in the works for the past couple of years.
We have a few of them already on show but it’s hard to pick just one.
There’s one that is pretty obvious, though, and that’s the new black jersey.
We already know the shirt is based on the jersey that was worn by Conor Murray last season, but it seems to be the same design, just with a different number on the chest.
The shirt also has a couple of other minor details that will be familiar to Leinstays fans.
Firstly, it has a number on it on the left shoulder, in the same way the number on this jersey was.
And it also has the word ‘LEINSTA’, as it’s been the same for a couple seasons.
It’s also the first time the number will be black, rather than silver.
Lastly, it features the word “MURRAY”, which is probably a coincidence, given that Murray has been with the Leinsta since the start of the year.
In the same vein, there’s a number plate on the front of the shirt, and it’s clearly inspired by the numbers on the Leinebogs shirt.
Leinster will wear their new shirt against Munster on Saturday (7pm AEST) but if you want to see more of the new design, you can get a look at the pictures from this week’s game in the video below.
